Where this little stone is rolling

Hi, I'm Stonie, the small carved stone in the corner of your screen. My name comes from milestone: the stones people set along a road to show how far they've come. That's what Mystonie is for.

Why Mystonie exists

You finish a series at 2 a.m. You close a book you carried around for a month. You see the credits roll on a game you fought through. Those moments deserve more than a tick in a list.

So every time you finish something, Mystonie turns it into a card: artwork with your stats, ready for your Stories. Over time those cards become your collection, an album of everything you've watched, read and played. Think of it as a scrapbook that fills itself in.

A few things we hold on to:

• Finishing comes first. Logging takes three taps or fewer, and the card comes before any questions.
• It's useful on your own. You don't need friends here for Mystonie to be worth it. If you bring some, it's better.
• Look before you press play. Mystonie checks a title against the scenes you'd rather avoid, from DoesTheDogDie and from people who've seen it.
• It's for everyone, everywhere. English first, Thai already here, and more languages to come.

What's next: Mystonie in your app store

Right now Mystonie is a web app, and you can already keep it on your phone: in your browser, tap Share → Add to Home Screen (iPhone) or Install app (Android). It opens full screen like an app.

But we want to go further. We're working toward a real Mystonie app in the App Store and on Google Play. That would bring things a web page can't do well:

1. Home screen widgets: your streak, today's Reel of the Day and what you're watching, at a glance.
2. Straight to your Stories: share a card to Instagram in one tap, with no saving or uploading.
3. Smoother on your phone: faster to open, with notifications that just work, iPhone included.

Your collection comes with you. The app will use the same account, so nothing you log today is lost.

We won't promise a date we can't keep. A store app costs real money every year (developer accounts, servers and the data we use), and Mystonie is made by one person. That's where you come in.
