These terms apply when you use Mystonie. By using the site, you agree to them.
The service
Mystonie is a free tool for making shareable artwork about the shows and movies you finish. It is offered as is, it may change, and it may be unavailable at times.
Your content
You're responsible for the ratings and reviews you put on your cards and where you share them. Don't use Mystonie to make content that is illegal, harassing, hateful or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.
Titles and posters
Title information and posters come from TMDB. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Game information and art come from RAWG. Posters and titles belong to their owners; cards are meant for personal, non-commercial sharing.
Fair use of the site
Don't scrape the site, send automated requests, try to get around rate limits, or interfere with the service. We may block traffic that does.
Mystonie
The Mystonie name, logo, mascot and card designs belong to us. You may share cards you made with them as they are.
Tips
You can tip the maker through Buy Me a Coffee. A tip is a voluntary gift, paid to and handled by Buy Me a Coffee under its own terms. It doesn't unlock features. If you tip with the email of your Mystonie account, the account gets the Supporter sticker.
No warranty
To the extent the law allows, Mystonie is provided without warranties, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer laws that can't be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and continuing to use the site means you accept the new version.
